Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

13 or 21-week contracts, night shifts, full-time (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced patient care in medical, surgical, and stepdown units
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in acuity
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Document patient progress accurately using Cerner EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
- Support float coverage across higher and lower acuity areas as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Delaware or Compact State, with active license # and expiration date
- Two years of experience in IMC/PCU or stepdown units
- Current certifications with valid expiration dates (e.g., BLS, ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to float assignments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with common diagnoses such as diabetes, pneumonia, heart failure, and stroke
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic charting system
