Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications to residents following all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident records.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications in compliance with protocols.
• Assist in providing compassionate resident care and support their well-being.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Medication Technician or Certified Medication Tech.
• Proven knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Current healthcare licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in long-term care or assisted living environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
