Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Must pass required credentialing checks including license verification and background screenings.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of start date with results issued 48 hours prior.
• Prescreen must be completed and attached, along with resume and license verification, at the time of application.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
