Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

Location: Fredericksburg, TX

Schedule / Job Type: Day shifts, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Support patient rehabilitation, mobility, and recovery activities.
• Assist with patient assessments and prepare treatment areas.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Verify credentials including license and references prior to submission.
• Willingness to work in SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous SNF or long-term care facility experience.
• Familiarity with various assessment and documentation tools used in therapy.
• Recent Covid-19 testing results (within 72 hours prior to start date).
