Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists in providing physical therapy treatment to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and record patient progress accurately.
• Support patient mobility and recovery through prescribed therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment following clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid State Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• Experience with Rehab Optima system preferred.
• Ability to verify credentials and complete comprehensive background checks, including criminal, FBI, and sex offender searches.
• Knowledge of documentation standards and patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in outpatient or rehab settings.
• Familiarity with multi-state licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
