Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic assessments and develop treatment plans for patients requiring occupational therapy services.
• Implement individualized therapy interventions to improve patient function and independence.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, credentialing, and facility policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state occupational therapist license.
• Relevant clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Ability to complete and verify credentialing requirements, including license verification, references, criminal background checks, and other compliance checks.
• Experience with Rehab Optima preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior work with rehabilitation or outpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with credentialing and background check procedures.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
