Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Honolulu, HI

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Conduct assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
• Adhere to state licensing and credentialing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Ability to verify license and credentials upon submission.
• Must complete and submit prescreening and credentialing documentation.
• Clean criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived/worked).
• Social Security Number trace and other background checks as specified.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience providing speech-language therapy in clinical or school settings.
• Knowledge of diverse treatment methodologies and patient populations.
