Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Assess client progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each client.
• Comply with all licensing, credentialing, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Certifications in basic life support (BLS) or approved equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and credentialing requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy populations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
