Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care and rehabilitation services.
- Implement prescribed treatment plans under supervision, ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
- Comply with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Hawaii.
- Certification in CPR/BLS.
- Previous experience assisting in rehabilitation or physical therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient clinic, hospital, or long-term care settings.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and assistive devices.
- Bilingual abilities a plus.
