Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy services to patients under supervision, enhancing their daily living and motor skills.
• Document patient progress and communicate with team members regarding therapy outcomes.
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment for patients.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience assisting in occupational therapy services.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in pediatric or adult rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of relevant therapy equipment and Assistive Technology.
