Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
• Cover for upcoming paternity leave, ensuring continuous patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and therapy interventions accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Current state registration and professional credentials.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong understanding of SNF-specific therapy protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience covering for therapist leave or interim assignments.
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and compliance standards.
