Full-time, Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' health status, document observations, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts reliably.
- Strong communication and bedside manner skills.
- Knowledge of resident care protocols and documentation procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or assisted living.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
