Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IVs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid IN state nursing license.
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and IV starts.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit.
• Familiarity with post-surgical patient care, including gastric and bowel surgeries.
• Knowledge of COVID-19 related patient management.
