Registered Nurse IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts, 20-week assignment, temp-to-hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care on a dual-unit environment including ICU/Step-down and Medical/Surgical floors
- Manage and interpret dysrhythmias, monitor telehealth, and titrate cardiac drips
- Assist with chest tube management and other critical procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Float within scope to meet facility needs during shifts
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Missouri or pending license acceptance
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Willingness to work nights
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience in a magnet or teaching hospital setting
- Knowledge of trauma or critical care environments
