Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) suite
- Assist with and monitor complex cardiovascular procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, and device implantations
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, documenting findings and interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and team duty schedules
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP unit
- ACLS certification
- Proven ability to manage post-procedure care and monitor cardiac devices
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with device troubleshooting and management (Pacers, ICDs)
- Holding or advanced monitoring experience in a cath lab setting
- Familiarity with GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Meditech EMR software
