Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts (3 p.m. - 3 a.m.), rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures
- Document patient interactions and care delivered accurately and efficiently
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH
- Minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience
- No first-time travelers; candidates must have previous ER experience
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift and adapt to rotating weekend schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working with patient ratios of 1:4 or similar
- Strong ability to remain composed under pressure in emergency situations
