Tech X-ray/Rad Tech
Job Title: Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM), four 10-hour shifts per week, working every third weekend
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
- Operate GE or Siemens imaging equipment, PACS, and portable imaging devices
- Ensure all imaging data is accurately documented in the EPIC electronic health record system
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including BLS and ARRT certification requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of radiology imaging experience
- Valid BLS certification
- ARRT certification in radiologic technology
- EPIC experience is required
- Proficiency with GE and Siemens imaging systems, PACS, and portable imaging preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Prior experience with EPIC charting system
- Familiarity with on-call workflows and responsibilities
