MRI Technologist

Shift / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with a focus on neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging.
• Support inpatient and outpatient imaging, including oncology cases.
• Document exams accurately in electronic medical records using EPIC.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Maintain proficiency with advanced imaging techniques such as fusion imaging, gradient echo, MIP, and MRP.
• Collaborate with physicians and technologists to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.
• ARRT certification in MRI.
• BLS certification.
• Valid Ohio State License.
• Proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment and PACS.
• Experience with adult ICU, outpatient, and pediatric acute care settings.
• Knowledge of imaging of the pelvis, chest, spine, and extremities including specialized procedures like ADC mapping and perfusion spectroscopy.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging.
• Familiarity with MRI post-processing techniques.
• Prior work with fusion and surface coil imaging.
