Registered Nurse
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a tele-health capable unit
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate treatments
- Perform patient assessments, document in electronic health records, and communicate with healthcare teams
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations, including EKG testing and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
- BLS certification required
- Ability to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during onboarding
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably EPIC
- Flexible and reliable with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous charge nurse experience
- Experience with diverse patient populations including medical-surgical, respiratory, diabetic, surgical, hospice, and psychiatric patients
- Knowledge of specific care protocols for complex cases and end-of-life care
