Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Dallas, OR

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; additional hours must be approved by the director.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a general orthopedic outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient orthopedics experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Ability to float between clinics if needed (though not required).
