Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, temp-to-hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Support patients in exercises and therapeutic activities as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Ability to work five days a week with a guaranteed 32 hours.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
