Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehab and geriatrics setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and facility policies.
• Flexibility to adapt treatment approaches based on patient needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Colorado PT license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience in a rehab or geriatrics setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.
• Ability to work weekdays, with no weekend rotation required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in geriatrics and rehab therapy.
