Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services in a rehabilitation and geriatrics setting
- Assist licensed therapists with implementing treatment plans
- Support patient recovery and mobility through therapeutic interventions
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Maintain compliance with facility and licensing standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado PTA license
- Minimum of 1 year recent PTA experience in a rehabilitation or geriatrics setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of outpatient rehab protocols
