Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation and GERI setting.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support patient recovery goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Document all patient interactions and progress according to facility guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Rehab or GERI setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
