Job Title: Tech - Polysomnographer/Sleep Tech
Location: Medford, OR
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, Contract, 16-week assignment with potential extension into January, travelers welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct polysomnography studies to evaluate sleep disorders.
• Monitor and record patients' sleep patterns and related data during overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and thorough sleep assessments.
• Manage patient needs and comfort throughout the sleep study process.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Certification as a Polysomnographer or Sleep Technician.
• Previous experience operating sleep study equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work nights, including Sunday night shifts.
• Knowledge of sleep disorders and associated diagnostic procedures.
• Basic charting skills; experience with Epic EMR is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term care environment.
• Flexibility to float between units as needed.
