Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IV therapy, including PICC, midline, and difficult access placements using ultrasound guidance.
• Perform advanced IV procedures with a focus on difficult access and ultrasound training.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient interactions in electronic health records.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of VAT team experience, including difficult access, ultrasound, and midline training.
• PICC line placement certification and training.
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy and patient assessment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of hospital safety and infection control procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma or Pediatric Trauma setting.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and nights as needed.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
