Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret ECG rhythms, and administer medications as prescribed, including chemotherapy when trained.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
• Complete assessments and participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio license or compact state license in good standing.
• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Willingness to work at least every other holiday.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• One year of recent oncology/chemotherapy administration experience (training provided).
• Experienced oncology nurses encouraged to apply.
