Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Full-time, Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, or Stepdown Unit.
• Float seamlessly between units within the organization as needed to support patient care.
• Work rotating weeknights and weekends, including holidays, with 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
• Manage patient ratios typically ranging from 1:3 to 1:4, ensuring safety and quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Ohio or appropriate state licensing.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU or med-surg experience.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• Ability to float confidently across units within the organization.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous travel nurse experience highly preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
