Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Full-time, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess patient conditions, and respond appropriately to changes.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel.
• Current Ohio license or valid compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Recent (within 6 months) Epic charting experience.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• One recent reference from a supervisor, manager, or director in the applicable specialty.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting.
• Previous experience working with charge RN responsibilities.
