Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Oxford, AL

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility protocols during treatment delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation outside of the facility’s clearance process.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Alabama.
• Ability to complete required documentation directly with the client outside of the initial clearance packet.
• Prior experience in outpatient or similar therapy settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of outpatient therapy protocols and equipment use.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Notes:

• Candidates must have the appropriate permanent license; no compact licenses accepted.
• The role involves completing documentation directly with the client prior to clearance.
• The position offers weekly billing cycles with a 30-day notice period.
• Parking will be provided on the first day.
• Dress code details will be provided during onboarding.
