Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to orthopedic patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Assist with procedures such as dressing changes and aspirations.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records (Meditech).
Required Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Ability to independently manage patient care for up to five patients.
- Experience working in a surgical or orthopedic unit.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Pain management experience.
- Prior orthopedic or trauma experience.
- Knowledge of EMR systems, particularly Meditech.
