Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Garfield Heights, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift (7pm-7am), 3x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting.
• Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms, administer medications, and monitor patient status.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards during patient care.
• Complete necessary documentation and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months recent actual experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Valid Ohio or Compact state RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments.
• Submission of recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience as a Charge Nurse or in a supervisory role.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems such as Qualivis – Lotus.
