Location: Mullins, SC

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to hospital patients.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately using the facility's Electronic Medical Record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float within scope to cover various units or sister facilities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Current physical therapist license for South Carolina or multi-state compact license at start of assignment.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant therapy experience.
• Ability to work day shifts (8:00 am – 4:30 pm).
• Willingness to float between units or facilities if required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in hospital inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Flexibility to adapt to potential schedule blocks or floating needs.
