Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Lamar, CO
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, consult, and develop treatment plans for patients across various age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations.
• Administer appropriate assessments and conduct regular re-evaluations in accordance with organizational policies.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including assessment, assistance, and exercise, utilizing manual dexterity and appropriate equipment.
• Supervise and instruct professional staff, support staff, volunteers, and students involved in patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress reports, progress notes, and specific reports as required.
• Ensure patients progress towards prior levels of function or maximum medical improvement as outlined in their Plan of Care.

Required Qualifications:

• Earned degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively interacting with patients, families, team members, and physicians.
• Ability to perform manual assessments and maneuvers safely and accurately.
• Physical ability to lift and reposition patients, operate necessary equipment, and adapt to changing working conditions.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends on an as-needed basis.
