Job Title: Tech - Nuclear Medicine

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outpatient nuclear medicine procedures, including stress testing and Amyloid (PYP) studies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IV lines; handle and dispose of radioactive materials following safety protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment such as Spectrum Dynamics DSPECT cameras and use lab equipment including dose calibrator and well counter.
• Accurately record patient data and ensure proper handling of diagnostic procedures within adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and clinic protocols during procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine.
• Current ARRT (N) or CNMT certification; BLS certification required.
• Proven experience with adult and nuclear cardiology imaging, including stress/rest and Amyloid (PYP) studies.
• Ability to start and maintain peripheral IV lines; handling and disposal of radioactive materials.
• Familiarity with outpatient cardiology procedures and imaging equipment.
• Must be fully available for scheduled shifts, with no other commitments during orientation and start dates.
• Work in a clinic setting with a ratio of 1:4, serving approximately 8–10 patients daily.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• ACLS certification.
• Prior outpatient clinic experience.

Additional Details:

• 40-hour work week, 10-hour days (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
• No call, float, or weekend requirements.
• No scrubs provided; royal blue scrubs preferred.
• In-clinic orientation of 40 hours required prior to start.
• Candidates must be available for immediate interview and flexible with start dates, which may occur Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday based on clinic scheduling.
• The final start date will be confirmed the Tuesday before the first scheduled day.

• Due to strict scheduling policies, no RTO is permitted after booking; any call-offs or additional RTO requests could result in cancellation.
• Travelers should be fully available and committed to the scheduled orientation and start.
