Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 3x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit within a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, perform assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies, including ECG rhythm interpretation.
• Document patient care and treatment accurately in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Work rotating shifts (day and night) and at least every other holiday, as required.
• Complete assessments such as ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate during orientation.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 months of recent Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience, including travel assignments.
• Permitted Ohio or Compact State nursing license in hand.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment with acceptable scores.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Past experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Ability to adapt to rotating day and night shifts.
• Experience with hospital-specific documentation systems such as Qualivis – Lotus.
