Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Holladay, UT
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Contract (13 weeks) with 36 hours guaranteed weekly, dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Support patient rehabilitation and recovery plans through therapeutic exercises and patient education
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license or certification in the state of Utah
• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed treatment protocols
• Strong communication skills and patient-oriented approach

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in outpatient or skilled nursing facilities
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and electronic medical records systems
