Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Location: Belle Fourche, SD

Schedule / Job Type: Part-time, Days, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
• Support patient rehabilitation activities to promote recovery and mobility
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
• Comply with all facility policies and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Current license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Proven experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Knowledge of billing and documentation procedures
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
