Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Colville, WA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights, Temporary/Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients across multiple hospital units.
• Float between two facilities, ensuring seamless patient support.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans.
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license and credentials.
• Experience working in acute care or hospital settings.
• Ability to float between facilities and adapt to different unit needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically Epic.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in critical access or small hospital environments.
• Flexibility with schedule and on-call requirements.
• Familiarity with diverse patient populations.
