Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Walla Walla, WA
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients in a short-term acute care hospital setting.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as necessary.
• Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license and certification as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, including 1st timers welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center or similar acute care setting.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Flexibility to float between units as needed.
