Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-specific, direct patient care in the emergency room setting.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
• Assume leadership responsibilities by delegating tasks to appropriate staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant State and Federal healthcare regulations and policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont.
• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications prior to start date.
• Proven experience in emergency or critical care nursing is preferred.
• Strong assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during night shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous ER or trauma unit experience.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
