Tech CT
Job Title: Tech - CT
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Night shift, 13-week contract, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system
- Collaborate effectively with the radiology team to deliver high-quality care
- Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and safety protocols
- Provide trauma and stroke imaging support for high-acuity patients
Required Qualifications:
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
- Texas Medical Board (TMB) license
- BLS certification
- Experience with GE imaging equipment
- Ability to perform trauma and stroke imaging procedures
- Strong teamwork and professionalism in high-pressure environments
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Extra modality licenses (e.g., NMTCB, MRI)
- Experience working in emergency or trauma units
- Flexibility and a positive attitude for rotating schedules
- Excellent communication skills and calm demeanor under pressure
