Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Warsaw, MO
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, Possibly includes one weekend rotation per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team regarding treatment plans.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to all clinical policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a rehabilitation or long-term care facility.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
