Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical setting, including pre- and post-operative care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform nursing assessments, administer treatments, and evaluate patient responses.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients and their families regarding care plans and procedures.
• Supervise and support LPN, CNA, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Montana RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS and PALS to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency in basic nursing principles, procedures, and IV skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience.
