Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Full-time, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document clinical assessments
- Serve as a charge nurse and preceptor, guiding new staff and ensuring efficient department operations
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of Maine
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous charge nurse and preceptor experience
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- PALS certification is a plus
- Experience in emergency or trauma nursing
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and nights
