Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including active, post-op, and Medicare patients.
• Manage a productivity workload of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing around 12-14 patients daily.
• Work collaboratively within a team, with flexibility to float to other clinics as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient progress is accurately recorded.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and treatment plans approved by supervising directors.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and active single-state Colorado license or proof of application with confirmation.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred; new graduates considered.
• Knowledge of post-operative and Medicare patient care.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and multi-task efficiently.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior outpatient clinic experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
