Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Grants Pass, OR

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Contract (13-26 weeks, with a 36-hour guarantee)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients across various settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for individuals with communication disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve patients' speech, language, and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Proven experience in speech therapy, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous contract or travel therapy experience.
• Bilingual skills or additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with current speech therapy practices and treatment protocols.
