Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – (CCC)

Primary Purpose:
Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders, helping them succeed in their educational program.

Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Pay: Starting at $51/hr

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• FL SLP License (FLBSLP)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)

• Experience working with students in grades K-12, with a focus on supporting students with complex communication needs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and interventions for communication disorders.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

• Provide speech-language pathology services, including assessment, treatment, and consultation, to students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12.
• Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and progress reports to inform instruction and support student growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.

• School-based setting with occasional travel
• Requires standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 45 lbs.)
• Must handle interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress
