Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress according to guidelines.
• Support patient rehabilitation and activity programs to promote recovery and independence.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including credentialing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of patient sessions and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• State license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Valid CPR and TB test (within 72 hours prior to start date).
• Ability to pass background checks including criminal, federal, and sex offender searches.
• Submission of a completed prescreen form, resume, and license verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
• Familiarity with current COVID-19 testing protocols and requirements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
