Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Liberty, IN
Schedule / Job Type: Days / Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress
• Support patient rehabilitation by helping with exercises and therapy techniques
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines, including credentialing and background checks

Required Qualifications:

• Valid State License as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Coronavirus (COVID-19) test results issued within 48 hours prior to start date
• Ability to complete and submit credentialing documentation, including resume, license verification, and references
• Knowledge of patient care techniques within SNF or similar settings

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred
• Previous experience with elderly or rehabilitative patient populations
• Familiarity with federal and state background check requirements
